When will I receive my purchased items?

We typically ship orders from Hobart, Tasmania within two (2) business days of purchase using Australia Post Air Mail or Parcel Post depending on the size of the order.  You will receive an email stating when your order has been shipped.

The following are guidelines for shipping times around Australia and across the world.  These are estimates only and shipping can be delayed for any number of reasons – such as customs or problems with local delivery – which are outside of our control.

Tasmania: 1-2 days
Victoria, ACT, New South Wales, South Australia: 2-4 days
Queensland, Western Australia, Northern Territory: 3-5 days
New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 days
Asia: 3-7 days
Europe: 4-8 days
North America: 4-7 days
South America: 5-7 days
Africa and Middle East: 5-8 days

How do I check my order status?

An account is required to check your order’s status - you are given the option to create an account when going through the Checkout process.  Click here to login into the Online Shop and view your order status under “My Profile”.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

Can I change my order after it has been submitted?

Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted it cannot be cancelled or changed.

What is your return/refund policy?

No exchanges or returns.

Refunds may be given if you have received the wrong product or if the product arrives damaged.  Damaged goods must be returned.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, however please be aware that the delivery time will vary depending on the postal location.

International customers are not charged the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST), with the exception of Parks Passes, as these can only be redeemed and utilised within Australia.

Please note that the Parks & Wildlife Service Tasmania cannot be held responsible for any delays or charges incurred by Customs authorities in the destination country.  The customer must pay any subsequent charges or duties.
